These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShortSaleGroup.com (the "Site"), operated by Short Sale Group LLC ("Short Sale Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Licensing disclosure

Richard Worcester is a real estate agent licensed in Arizona with eXp Realty. Real estate services are provided through eXp Realty. Short Sale Group does not provide real estate brokerage services in any state where it or its agents are not properly licensed.

Important notice

Short Sale Group is not associated with the government, and our service is not approved by the government or your lender. Even if you accept this offer and use our service, your lender may not agree to change your loan.

What the Site is, and is not

The Site provides general information about short sales and a way to contact us. Information on the Site:

• Is not legal, tax, accounting, or credit advice. A short sale can have legal, tax, and credit consequences. Talk with a qualified attorney, tax professional, or credit professional about your situation.
